"I am sooooo motivated to workout each day. Even if there are a few instances where I have to skip workouts due to studies but that does not stop me from getting back. I did keep up with the workout according to app. Moreover I also engaged myself in some cycling for half an hour along with 20 Surya namaskars. I am so motivated to get in shape and be fit which has helped me follow the routine religiously. Along with the exercises I have tried and managed to change my diet to a healthy one to a certain extent. This includes avoiding carbs in dinner, avoiding street food(which I am so fond of) and having protein biscuits in between 2 meals to curb my hunger. I am cycling for half an hour daily. If not cycling then brisk walking for an hour on a sloppy land. I am also very motivated to lose weight.especially after getting my eyes on those clothes at the mall). Well yes even such things make up my mind to exercise. Thanks a lot for your mentoring at every stage

Sometimes i look online for various cardio workouts to try and keep the workouts from being monotonous. Trying different and intense routines, it feels so satisfying to complete something that you think is difficult. One of the days, i was under a lot of stress, so i stress ate a lot of potato wafers, after which i felt
