"I am sooooo motivated to workout each day. Even if there are a few instances where I have to skip workouts due to studies but that does not stop me from getting back.   I did keep up with the workout according to app. Moreover I also engaged myself in some cycling for half an hour along with 20 Surya namaskars. I am so motivated to get in shape and be fit which has helped me follow the routine religiously. Along with the exercises I have tried and managed to change my diet to a healthy one to a certain extent. This includes avoiding carbs in dinner, avoiding street food(which I am so fond of) and having protein biscuits in between 2 meals to curb my hunger. I am cycling for half an hour daily. If not cycling then brisk walking for an hour on a sloppy land. I am also very motivated to lose weight.especially after getting my eyes on those clothes at the mall). Well yes even such things make up my mind to exercise. Thanks a lot for your mentoring at every stage

Winner of TWW Challenge Chapter 2 After last week's relapse, i was getting out of breath, took me 2 - 3 days but i didn't over do anything. I'm able to complete workouts, and also, instead of just simply trying to do the workout, i look for challenging variations. It makes the workout even more fun and interesting. Yes, i run. I'm getting comfortable with longer distances now, but again, the heat outside is just terrible - the worst enemy.  Even at 5 30 in the mornings, sometimes, it's hot. But because i'm slowly getting used to the heat, both the workouts and the running are getting doable, and also, i can even push further.  Sometimes i look online for various cardio workouts to try and keep the workouts from being monotonous. Trying different and intense routines, it feels so satisfying to complete something that you think is difficult.  One of the days, i was under a lot of stress, so i stress ate a lot of potato wafers, after which i felt

I right away started with maintaining a healthy diet and with the changes required replaced the unhealthy stuff from my shelf. Then after starting with the workout I was glad that I had taken my first step. Now, after a week I feel really proud of myself .I've been doing the 7 minutes workout from Monday and then on Wednesday I started with the 'before workout warm-up session' and on Friday with the 'post workout session'. And I usually walk home from college which is a 2 KM distance walk and my food includes mostly veggies and alkaline fruits as in snacks and red tea without milk mixed with honey. At the end of the day, I take shower with luke warm water. For all the efforts that I made for the past 7 days, I was only inspired by one thing that was your mails.  Early to bed and early to rise, yep. I've been trying to sleep early and waking up early just to workout. But my biggest achievement has been a change on my food habit as I replaced so many to

Why and when did you take up the challenge? I wanted to take up this challenge when you started initially in December. I used to follow your blog and it seems like I know you pretty well. So when you started this challenge in December I wanted to be a part of it, as even I had started being serious about my health and fitness. But I couldn’t last it, unfortunately in India, we are told that exercise is only for fat people. And trust me most of my closed ones would come up with “Hey you look fine, why exercise and gym? Just chill”. Thanks to them for demotivating me always. But I knew exercising is as essential as breathing or eating, but due to lack of determination and my new life in different city post marriage didn’t help me to continue and keep up with my fitness regimen. So, when on Instagram I saw your post I sent you the mail right on first day of the challenge. What kept you going till the end? Um, initially I was excited and happy as I was getting back. O
